🧰 My Toolbox

My Go-To Tools 🪓

These are the tools I use regularly for my e-commerce brands and SaaS projects. They’re the ones that have stuck around and become part of my daily workflow.

E-commerce Tools 🛒

Shopify

I’ve been using Shopify (opens in a new tab) for a while now. It’s the backbone of my e-commerce businesses, and I haven’t found anything better for what I need.

Klaviyo

I’ve tried a few options for email marketing, but Klaviyo (opens in a new tab) stuck with me. It's super powerful for e-commerce.

Gorgias

For customer support, Gorgias (opens in a new tab) integrates smoothly with Shopify. Makes managing inquiries easier for me and the team.

Milled

I check Milled (opens in a new tab) for competitor emails. It’s great for a quick browse to get ideas.

Triple Whale

Triplewhale (opens in a new tab) helps me pull all my data into one place. A bit pricey, but useful once you hit a certain scale.

Refersion

For affiliate marketing, Refersion (opens in a new tab) has been my go-to for the past 3 years and handles ~2000 affiliates across my brands with ease. (currently looking at other options that are more affordable, will update findings)

SaaS Tools 💻

ShipFast

I use ShipFast (opens in a new tab) for quickly setting up SaaS projects with NextJS. It saves me a lot of time.

Vercel

Vercel (opens in a new tab) handles deployment for all my projects. Fast, reliable, and doesn’t require much thought. I just push straight to github.

Stripe

Stripe (opens in a new tab) for payments.

Plausible

I use Plausible (opens in a new tab) for analytics. It’s simple, lightweight, and I like the team.

DaisyUI

I use DaisyUI (opens in a new tab) with Tailwind CSS to speed up UI design. Has a bunch of useful components.

Namecheap

Moved recently from GoDaddy to Namecheap (opens in a new tab) for domains. Cheaper and easier to use.

MongoDB

MongoDB (opens in a new tab) for databases. Quite easy to spin up and use.

Design Tools 🎨

Figma

I use Figma (opens in a new tab) for the majoriy of my design work, their collaboration features are unmatched.

Canva

For quick design tasks, Canva (opens in a new tab) comes in handy, especially for presentations/briefs.

Other Tools ⚙️

Loom

Loom (opens in a new tab) for quick screen-share videos when I need to explain something visually.

Discord

Discord (opens in a new tab) is where I communicate with my team/friends. I game in my free time, so go-figure.

Asana

I use Asana (opens in a new tab) for project management. It’s simple and keeps everything organized.

Fireflies 🆕

Have used Fireflies (opens in a new tab) for a few months now. I will never take notes in meetings again.

These are the tools I trust and use regularly. I’m always testing new things, but these have earned their spot in my daily workflow. 😊

Tool Graveyard 🪦

These are tools I used to use but have since moved on from:

Frame.io

I used Frame.io (opens in a new tab) for reviewing/sharing UGC for my e-commerce brands. It felt super nice to use but ended up going back to Google Drive. Found the price per user a bit too steep for what it was.
